Incorporating Smart Living and Automation Features at Residential Properties

Across the Group’s latest range of residential properties, such as One Innovale, Baker Circle, Caine Hill, Square Mile, The Henley and Henley Park, smart living and automation features have been implemented to enhance the resident journey and living spaces, which in turn help to improve their quality of life.

With the aim to enhance ease of access to various facilities within our residential properties, we have introduced mobile applications which have various facility-related functions, such as clubhouse facilities booking, lift calling, and mail delivery notifications. We have also introduced the use of robots for food delivery and sanitisation. Such services are aimed to provide a seamless experience for anyone at our residential properties. Smart living and automation are also features of our residents’ homes, ensuring that they enhance the quality of their living environment.

  • Voice control on air-conditioning, lighting, air purifier, television and curtains
  • Customisation on self-purchased electrical appliances and sensors
  • Air quality monitors
  • Sensor to connect to smart living system
  • Outdoor air quality (“OAQ”) and IAQ sensors connecting to home automation devices (real time alerting residents open/ close window, turn on/ off air purifier)
  • Nano-Confined Catalytic Oxidation (“NCCO”) air filtration installation in each apartment to efficiently absorb and filter out catalytic pollutants
