Sport & Health initiatives 2022

Employees are Henderson Land’s valuable assets and we put a high priority on ensuring their health and well-being. A healthy workforce is a happy workforce, and that translates into higher job satisfaction, better productivity, and lower turnover rates.

Our employees have access to a wide variety of recreational activities including cooking classes, mindfulness trainings, DIY workshops, and organic farming. Overseeing many of their extracurricular activities is the Group’s Sports and Recreation Committee that, together with various Sub-Committees, organizes events such as regular basketball and badminton sessions. Employees of all levels of experience are encouraged to participate.

These health and wellbeing initiatives have had a positive impact on our employees and the company as a whole. By promoting physical activity and mental well-being, we have seen an increase in employee morale and productivity. It also fosters teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.  These benefits have helped us to attract and retain top talent while reducing turnover.

At Henderson Land, investing in our employees' health and well-being is a win-win situation, helping us attract and retain top talent while ensuring our employees are happy, healthy, and motivated to achieve their goals.
